Hi my name is Peggy and welcome to my page. My love for Pilates started quite some time ago and after working for as long as i can remember behind a desk I've decided to turn something that i thoroughly enjoy into a career and took my Level 3 Mat Pilates qualification.
I thrive to make each and every class fun but effective so you feel you have achieved something without having done a vigorous workout. After all exercise supposed to be fun, doesn't it?
